Executive Assistant - International CEO + team - W1
A great role has arisen for a very switched on EA with MD/CEO/ experience within a boutique / family office environment (or similar) to support this dynamic and hugely busy CEO + 3 associates in the Hotel Division of the Group. The boss travels 2 weeks every month to multiple locations and changes plans/diaries meetings at the drop of the hat. You must be very experienced at juggling extensive travel & itineraries and a hugely busy, fluid diary. A top co-ordinator with outstanding logistics skills and an eagle eye for detail is essential for this role. There may be occasional travel to the Hotel portfolio to sit in on meeting/take minutes.
You will work solely for the Hotels Department with all aspects of coordination within the team. Planning and booking detailed travel journeys according to the group/individual's requirements. A top eye for detail is absolutely essential as mistakes on diary/itinerary can have a huge knock on effect. Small team of 4 within the hotel industry within a wider property team of 30 owned by an UHNW international family.
Liaising with airlines to ensure the best deals and building relationships. Fielding all calls/email queries for the Hotel Team and sorting out their administration
Great team spirit and a hugely successful and growing company with top projects around the world. Self motivated and a strong team player needed who will enjoy working within a friendly team, capable of working in a deadline driven and sometimes pressurised environment, used to working across many time zones (this skill must show on your cv in depth).
The CEO is looking for someone who enjoys working in a boutique environment and get involved with what is going on in depth and is used to taking responsibility and getting things done themselves.
This is a very busy, interesting role for someone who enjoys a fast paced role with an international flavour within an UHNW office dealing with property/hotels/acquisitions. Lots of future involvement in projects as the company hold 1Billion in assets and growing.
Fabulous offices and top team to work with
