Experienced Private Executive PA - Italian Speaking. (Central London)

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a polished bi-lingual (Italian) EA with 5 years+ experience within a similar role (top experience within Private PA support essential for this role) to support this charming and high profile individual within a creative industry.  Supporting in all private matters from personal diary, meetings and appointments.  Personal travel, itineraries, hotels, currency, visas etc.  Liaising with extended family and paying household bills, dealing with trades and suppliers.  Property maintenance, paying insurances, following up health insurance issues.  Overseeing household staff, interviewing and liaising with on a daily basis.  A background reflecting corporate experience is essential as you will cover for the Corporate EA in their absence.

Liaising with Italy and dealing with all correspondence and matters with regard to property & travel, holidays and email management.  Liaising with extended family member/friends/interests.

Assisting with planning private events, parties and social gatherings.  Arranging dinners, booking restaurants, theater , sending invitations and personal shopping, gifts etc

This is a busy and involving role needing the utmost discretion, loyalty and proactive skills

You will be proactive, confident and emotionally intelligent able to work laterally with the Corporate EA in all aspects.  Out of hours and on call 24/7 when needed so you will be professional and have had responsibility of a role of this level before.  Some travel to Italy also when required.

Background is irrelevant as long as you have senior level CEO level experience as a Private PA of 5 years+ together with fluent Italian, career orientated, totally discreet, loyal and highly organised
