Graduate PA - Investment Banking - City

Leading International Investment Bank, based in the heart of the City close to Liverpool St station, is seeking a confident and highly organised PA to support two MDs and their small team within their Mergers & Acquisitions division. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and possess bags of energy, initiative and common sense. You will enjoy managing and co-ordinating hectic meeting and travel schedules across multiple time zones, liaising with clients and being the point of contact for the team. You must possess a steady secretarial / PA background gained within the financial markets or professional services sector and have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
