The role is to provide full comprehensive and high standard EA support to the CMO and Directors of a market leading luxury British spa and skincare brand.

Description

Main duties include but are not limited to;

• Diary management
• Screening of calls, emails and post
• Travel Arrangements
• Processing Expenses
• Meeting Preperations
• Conduct Research
• Help with projects

The role requires a high level of organisation, flexibility and initiative, all conducted in an efficient, effective, competent, professional and timely manner.

Profile

• Strong EA skills and experience within a FMCG environment
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Able to take minutes at meetings
• Communicates and networks effectively
• Works productively in a high pressure creative environment, maintaining a positive outlook to work
• High attention to detail
• Experience with expense management systems
