Office Manager
Our client is a world class, property consultancy, with an international network of more than 500 offices in 60 markets around the world.

Headquartered in London, they are looking to recruit a office manager to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy office and providing an effective PA service to the Office Head.
The Role: Office Manager

Responsibilities include:
Onboarding new starters
Help manage holiday requests, absences and ensuring that workload is evenly distributed
Acting as an ambassador for the office at all times and carrying out all personal assistant duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
Diary management - full control and maintenance of OH's diary, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues
Email / telephone management - intercept incoming telephone calls and emails regularly.
Organisation of meetings and viewings
Administrating all expense claims
Managing office meetings, travel arrangements & booking
Assist in setting up new systems in office
Managing the marketing, branding & PR for the office
Help with facilities management including, fire safety and health and safety
Monthly reporting (management accounts/fee records/invoice reconciliation etc)
Arranging department events
Qualifications/Education Required
2 years+ experience in a similar secretarial role
IT Skills
Typing Speed Required - min 60 wpm copy
Must have
Extensive diary management experience
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
