Band 5 / Band 6 Personal Assistant - Kettering - (£11 - £16 per hour) - Starts ASAP -3 Month Assignment

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5/6 level PA to join our Kettering - based client. This role will last for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of being extended further thereafter. The hours of work for this post are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.


Your new role
You will be providing clerical support at Governor and Board level. Duties will include:

• Minute taking
• Diary management
• Organising of documents
• Preparation of meeting agenda's
• General Administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed:

To be successful for this post, you should have recent experience in a similar level role, and be able to complete the above listed tasks effectively and efficiently. This role is an urgent requirement, to be filled straight away, so you must be available to start this role immediately, and be able to travel to Kettering.
