About Our Client

International Crew accommodation specialist who are working in Partnership with a leading UAE based Airline.

Job Description

  • Receive inbound inquiries to source hotel, transportation and travel needs of clients, round the clock.
  • Ensure Reservations' consistency and execution between multiple systems and channels utilized in the booking process
  • Obtain, evaluate, and provide accommodations according to client guideline, requirements and SOPs,
  • Effectively utilize all Customer Service tools and technology to process, track and report on all reservations requests that are provided through different channels,
  • Professionally respond to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints or service disruptions according to procedures,
  • Continually update and maintain company database with client transactions
  • Provide continual feedback on customer service processes and procedures to improve SOPs and training processes,
  • Interact with internal departments,
  • Support other duties/projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to work in a Contact Center / service desk environment
  • Must by confident, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Negotiations skills using different channels and methods of communications (phone or electronic)
  • Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace and challenging interactions
  • Embraces change, thinks creativity and has a willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, target-based environment
  • Ability to follow complex and dynamic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage and provide feedback to all types of individuals
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with SABRE (preferred)
