A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a switched on and experienced Office Manager to join a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial firm in super cool Paddington offices. A stone's throw from the station and thriving new restaurants and bars, this small, friendly company are looking for someone who can make this role their own. On a part-time basis (two days per week), this position will suit someone who is passionate about organisation and is looking to grow within their role. Key duties will include: 

  • Managing and processing all invoices for payment and liaising with accounts teams to ensure all payments are processed in a timely fashion. 
  • Overseeing all HR processes, on-boarding new starters, logging holidays and sickness. 
  • Supporting the team with all administrative tasks. 
  • Managing and ordering office supplies.
  • Inputting data into Salesforce and SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in assisting with HR and accounts and ideally posses working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP systems, with strong Excel skills and have first rate communication skills along with a desire to progress. This is an on-going long term temporary role!
