A superb PA opportunity has arisen within a growing and well established City Based Investment firm. 

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM PA POSITION. 

Looking for a bright, motivated and confident PA who is looking for an interesting City-based PA role. You must have a super high attention to detail, be focused and have a friendly and confident personality. The position will be supporting 2 Heads within the business who head up different areas within the firm but require absolute flawless PA. 

This PA role will be suited to an energic PA who has worked within the Investment sector such as IBD, Investment Management, Private Banking etc.

Ideally, you will have a strong academic background and can demonstrate that you are an organised person who takes pride in being a PA. The role will require this PA to liaise within High net worth clients and investors you will be arranging a lot of meetings so excellent calendar management is needed, you will be immaculately presented and take pride in your work. Be a helpful, friendly and motivated person who thrives within providing detailed and accurate support. 

Duties include managing diaries, booking meetings, expenses, updating the CRM system, travel arrangements and all admin duties.
