International and entrepreneurial UHNW Family are looking for an exceptional Business and Private PA to run all aspects of the their lives. The role is based from a Private Family Office in Mayfair, some travel to Dubai may be required from time to time. You will be a highly organised and efficient Private PA with longevity and experience working for UHNW Families. A polished, professional who is career driven, has a black book of contacts and loves being "a fixer" !

Working with a small and dedicated team, this is a truly challenging and varied role which would include:

• International lifestyle management
• Organising corporate, high profile, charity and private events
• Liaising with Auction houses and Art Galleries
• Travel management is a large part of the role; arranging all aspects of complex worldwide and domestic travel, the preparation of ever changing comprehensive itineraries, arranging visas, liaising with private jets, planning all logistics including coordinating private jets, chauffeurs etc and hotels.
• Multiple property management including dealing with architects, interior designers and builders
• Management of household staff; housekeepers, butlers, private chefs etc
• Personal shopping, purchasing gifts
• Project management.
