Private Personal / Executive Assistant to Philanthropist

Salary guide £65,000 - £70,000 according to experience (there might be some flexibility to go higher for the right person).

A superbly efficient, organised and polished Private PA /EA is required for this very discreet yet high profile Individual with a particular interest in the Art World and Philanthropy. This is an eclectic, varied and true “right hand" Assistant position. A role which would suit a highly experienced, cultured, well-educated individual who understands the correct protocol, confidentiality and decorum required at all levels.

You would be accustomed to working autonomously with acute detail and have excellent writing skills as you would be liaising with Royalty, VIPs, Diplomats and important global figures on behalf of the Principal. If you are a personable, confident ( yet low key! ) level headed problem solver who loves making the impossible possible this could be for you!

Based from a Private Office in the family residence  you would be comfortable working alone, though there is another PA in a nearby office who supports other members of the family as well as household staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with a vast Art collection, liaising with Galleries, Auction houses
  • Managing an ever changing complex business and private social schedule; arranging Private Jets, itineraries for international travel
  • Researching new ideas and projects for the Principal
  • Personal shopping – you would have a sophisticated knowledge of the London luxury world, anything from antiques, fashion and food to rare and unusual items. You would know where to purchase the finest day to day items as well as appropriate gifts for the Principal’s family, friends and business associates
  • Property / Estate Management; Managing the private household, domestic staff and where necessary delegating work to them, also liaising with the Chauffeurs
  • Event Organizing, both high profile charity Events as well as smaller events and private dinner/lunch parties where you would work with the housekeeper and Chefs to ensure staff/menu/flowers are arranged.
  • Helping to host, meet and greet high profile individuals / guests
  • Booking restaurants, social engagements
  • Responding to and writing correspondence on behalf of the Principal, RSVPs etc
  • Produce daily and weekly reports and updates

You must have similar experience in a role working for a high profile / HNWI to be considered.
