Our prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Resourcing Lead on an interim basis, to take the lead on all lateral recruitment, graduate recruitment and business service recruitment, with a particular focus on lateral recruitment.  Responsibilities will include leading the lateral hire programme, working in partnership with Executive Office, Business Services Directors and Group Leaders/Team Leaders to define lateral hire priorities and execute the recruitment plan, managing the end to end recruitment process for lateral hires, from search (or otherwise) to approval by the board, to be the key contact for the new hire to on boarding in collaboration with the broader team, partnering with the 'Practice Head' and/or sponsoring partner to develop and challenge the business case, check client conflicts, conduct due diligence reports, reference checking, preparing the supporting case for board approval and working closely with Executive Office and HR team on reward and offer packages, ensuring that candidates are effectively benchmarked against the firms Partner Career Builder framework, being responsible for pre-employment checking for lateral hires, and oversee the induction and integration programme for each new partner hire.  Other duties include being responsible for developing and executing the firm's overall recruitment strategy, acting as a centre of expertise on all recruitment related matters, providing advice and guidance to the Managers, being responsible for the firm's recruitment brand and ensures all recruitment literature/websites/online material is aligned with the firm's employer brand, ensuring the effective use of firm's website, social media, job boards and other specific media to source diverse candidates, managing the recruitment budget for all lateral hires, leading a drive towards direct hiring where appropriate.  Candidates must have previous lateral Associate experience within a law firm, strong supplier management, project management and presentation skills.
