A leader in the online gift industry is looking for an experienced Customer Service Superstar to join their team on a 6 month fixed term basis will be friendly, have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience working within Customer Service, ideally in an inbound call centre and you will have a genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service.


  • Following up on customer email and telephone enquiries, responding promptly and accurately
  • Assisting customers with any issues with regards to their returns or orders via emails or by phone
  • Communicating any information promptly to customers regarding their orders
  • Assisting customers with online registration
  • Dealing with complaints and the escalation process
  • Resolving any customer issues
  • Dealing with customer's late returns and faulty goods
  • Maintaining a high level of service awareness at all times

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Ideally proven experience with Customer Care in an office environment
  • A good team player
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent keyboard and written skills, articulate with good spelling and grammar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, specifically in regard to building relationships with customers
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Can pick up new systems quickly
  • Flexible attitude and take initiative
  • Excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Must demonstrate an appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function within the business
  • Flexibility to work shifts
