Temporary Learning & Development Coordinator - City

Our client, an international, prestigious bank based in the City are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their growing team as soon as possible on an ongoing temporary basis until April 2019. You will keep the L&D function running smoothly, add value to core projects and ensure that customers' learning experiences are managed effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous L&D experience, ideally from financial/professional services, possess excellent system skills, including Oracle and MS Office and have excellent communication skills.

It is essential you are available to start immediately and you are available until the end of April 2019.

Key duties

• Scheduling, logistics and on- and off-site support for all L&D Programmes
• Creating, assigning and recording attendance for all internal training events
• Supporting core L&D projects like on-boarding/agile working/performance snapshots
• Developing strong relationships with third party providers and internal stakeholders
• Control of course materials and other related documents
• Ownership and maintenance of the Course Coordination Tracker and L&D Process documentation
