Full time with flexible working 

I am an aesthetic doctor, and mainly work in Notting Hill (London). I am also based in South Woodford (2-4 times a month), and Oakwood (1-2 times a month)

I am looking for a friendly assistant who has an interest in aesthetics and beauty, and is willing to promote the industry. You are the first port of contact for my patients so you are technically representing my brand. When at the clinic, uniform is smart chic.

I am currently expanding and will be working in a bigger, better and more luxurious clinic! You will have your own desk for receptionist duties. For now, you will need to help at my Notting Hill clinic, where often I am the only one present (and thus no one available on shop floor to open door and assist patients at first welcome).

You will be provided with a work phone and laptop.

The job requirements (these are listed that it is a guide and not just limited to the following) :

1. Attend my Notting Hill clinics (approx 3x a week) and assist by:

2. Opening the door for the patients and welcome them

3. Seat them, offer refreshments

4. Apply numbing cream to the area they want treating

5. Give them forms to fill

6. Answer generic FAQS

7. Take payment

8. Type up  testimonials that they write (and email them all over to me)

9. Open the door for the patient to leave.

10. Sometimes I may need you to video record procedures using my phone, as I post a lot on social media.

11. Answering Instagram DMs and Emails and phone calls. This will need to be done during 8-20:00. As stated before will be provided a phone and laptop. Outside clinic days, you can do this from home

12. Manage my diary, booking in appointments

13. Assist in filing accounts for the tax year

it is pretty straight forward, but we will have a day where we sit and I discuss and teach you everything so you’re comfortable to begin. It is important you also know to divert any problematic emails to me, and thus can recognise what requires a doctors attention.
