Our client is a high profile international Insurance organisation with modern offices in the heart of the City. This is a company that truly invests in its people.

They are currently seeking a team administrator within Delegated Authorities who has some exposure to the Insurance industry and that wants to pursue a career within Insurance.

This would suite a candidate who is keen and ambitious with excellent organisation and administrative abilities.

The successful candidate must have extremely strong MS Office skills and proven communication abilities with an understanding of the Insurance Market.

Day to day team insurance administration duties:

  • To assist members of the Delegated Underwriting Team with a variety of day to day tasks. This will involve utilising in house IT systems to record and track information against specific Coverholders.
  • Chasing various stakeholders for outstanding information and undertaking electronic filing and email monitoring.
  • Assist with the compilation and distribution of monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence.
  • Strong commitment to deliver results and make a meaningful contribution in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Well-organised and logical approach.
