Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Salary: £20,000
Location: Central London
Our client, a Central London law firm, is looking for a facilities / office assistant to provide facilities and administration support as well as reception cover when needed. Strong IT and communication skills are also essential.
Duties Include:
- Moving and setting up work stations / desks
- Changing light bulbs
- Basic printer maintenance
- Ensure stationary supplies are maintained
- Scanning, filing, archiving
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Reception cover
- Dealing with post
- Other ad hoc facilities duties
This a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for office experience and a chance to work in the heart of London. They are happy to train a college leaver but if you do have some facilities / administration experience and are looking to move into a law firm, that would be highly beneficial. This role we be offered on an initial 6 month contract with a view to going to permanent. Very friendly firm with a great team spirit and supportive culture
