Fantastic new opportunity for a well-experienced PA to join a thoroughly successful Private Investment Firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This PA will have a background in legal support and will be looking to find a part-time role (three days a week)

The role

This PA will be supporting the lawyer of the firm in their day-to-day administration including proof-reading, document amendments, minute-taking and basic drafting. A strong attention to detail is imperative, as is a well-trained ability to multi-task. A background knowledge of legal is important as it will not only benefit the productivity of the PA but also allow for the possibility of scope and progression with the role, should this be of interest.

The candidate

This PA will have worked within the legal sector for at least a year and will have proven experience in a 1:1 role. You will switched on, be able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and have a 'can do' attitude towards your work. This is a lovely company based on strong relationships and so a friendly and approachable manner is essential. 

The role requires three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
