Team Secretary - Part-Time

Our Baker Street office is looking for a part-time Team Secretary to cover a 12 month contract to support the Head of Building Surveying and the wider team with diary management, typing, client liaison and general secretarial support.

We provide market-leading advice and transaction support to investors, corporates and homeowners for their personal and business property needs. We back this up with industry-leading technology and market research.

 

The Team Secretary role will involve:

  • Audio and copy typing of all correspondence
  • Assisting with pitching documents
  • Assisting with the teams finances and supporting the team with any administrative duties that need to be completed.

 

The ideal Team Secretary will have:

  • Previous experience working within a similar role and will have managed teams of 10+ people.
  • They will have excellent attention to detail as well as being able to copy and audio type proficiently.
  • This role will enable someone to work flexible hours.
