Well-established Consulting firm based in the West End with a truly collaborative culture is now looking to recruit a bright and energetic EA to provide dedicated 1:1 support to their Founding Partner.
This client-facing role will suit a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, is always one step ahead with the ability to multi-task and who thrives within a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Extensive and complex diary and in box management, frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
- Multi-party meeting organisation, coordinating conference calls and breakfast/lunch appointments
- Travel arrangements and expenses
- Extensive client interaction – outreach to facilitate new business meetings, proactively fostering and maintaining effective client relationships
- Conducting research, producing briefing packs and creating detailed PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting with the pitch process, proposal preparation and finalisation (slide production, proof-reading), coordinating internal discussions with Partners, Consultant team and Consultants
- Project support; coordinating steering group reviews, document production, managing use of third party suppliers, coordinating feedback and debrief process at project end with clients and consultants
- Coordinating mail-outs to Partner contacts for client and networking events, distributing of marketing communications
- Filing and archiving of documentation, maintain company CRM
Requirements
- Highly organised and proactive self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectual curiosity, an interest in business and commercial topics
- Confidence with remote support
- Flexibility, with the ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
- Calm under pressure, ability to thrive in a busy role with a happy ‘can do’ approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in the face of ever changing schedules and priorities
- Strong academic performance
- Proficient user of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
