As a Consultant at Biscuit Recruitment, you will be part of a team responsible to help make that happen. We are a young business with exciting and ambitious plans.

As a Consultant you will be given the challenge of developing and managing relationships, working with targets and being the master of your income! Personal development is at the forefront of our agenda and we ensure that we work together with our Consultants to achieve their personal goals too!

What we need in you:

• Ideally educated to degree standard or equivalent
• 18 months experience in a client facing role
• A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically
• A proactive, can-do attitude, full of great ideas
• Gravitas and confidence to hold strong relationships with our great candidates and clients
• A caring, nurturing and attentive professional who understands the importance of first class service
• High motivation levels, drive and tenacity
• Great sense of humour!
