A boutique property development and investment consultancy are looking for an exceptional PA to join the team as EA to Founder. A positive and collaborative culture, the team are a smart bunch working on interesting projects!

This role would suit an Executive Assistant who naturally takes a holistic view of managing their Executive's time (both business and personal) efficiently and is comfortable taking full ownership of managing schedules.

Duties will include:

  • Working to tight and constantly changing deadlines with absolute discretion
  • Ability to work with little direction in a proactive and ambassadorial manner
  • Liaising with clients, so are used to high levels of professionalism, networking and research
  • Ability to push back with ease and network with CEOs, Executive Assistants within other businesses, HWNIs and key clients.
  • Working pre-emptively and thinking ahead at all times with multiple solutions to hand for any given scenario
  • Ensuring your MD is fully briefed for all meetings and any action points are followed up on in a timely manner
  • Being the ultimate gatekeeper whilst able to retain warmth and approachability
  • Working for someone who has exacting standards with a focus on precision and attention to detail

What we are looking for:

  • Previous PA/EA experience within property or legal industries is essential supporting a busy Executive - ideally 7 years +
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with ease
  • Can follow up without prompting and keep one step ahead of arrangements and requirements, displays good use of initiative and follow through to completion
  • A positive, constructive attitude and a calm and composed manner. Ability to work in pressured environment and partner effectively with peers. 
  • High level of punctuality and reliability
  • Strong, executive communication style
  • Full competency in diary management, can apply good judgement and has an understanding of competing priorities
