A boutique real estate investment company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Office Coordinator/PA to support an office of 15 people whilst working alongside a senior EA.
The role will be to work alongside the founders EA/Office Manager who’s role has grown exponentially and so are now looking for additional support to make sure everything runs smoothly in the office.
Role will include:
- European travel – bringing Paris office staff over, booking hotels, cars, itineraries for their trips
- Booking meeting rooms on and off site
- Assist with invoicing and basic accounts
- Ordering office consumables
- Help in arranging social events for the office and clients such as Xmas party, golf days etc
- Assist with presentations for the analysts and investors
- Liaise with external IT
- Help with any office problems – photocopier, things not working etc
- Assist the EA with personal tasks for the founder and his wife
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a broad office administration/PA role. This role will be extremely varied and will offer good career opportunities as the company grows.
The role would suit someone who really thrives in a small, dynamic and super energetic environment. The guys are very ambitious with high expectations and want someone who will engage with them, someone commercially aware with good business acumen and instincts, who wants to understand and appreciate what it is they’re trying to achieve and embrace that.
Looking for someone who can think on their feet and have a tenacious approach and a strong work ethic. Ideally must have worked from another fast paced start up/SME where they’ve had to take ownership and challenge the status quo.

- Advanced IT skills and inbox management
- Must be able to work well under pressure, remaining calm, unflappable and composed at all times
- Highly organised and able to multi-task effectively and complete tasks on time with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working individually but also as a team player
- Able to respect confidentiality and discretion at all times
- A lively and confident individual with the gravitas and credibility to work well with all levels of the business
- Flexible in approach and with time and have a strong work commitment
The successful candidate will need to be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, with a genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
