Leading UK restaurant group with HQ in central London are looking to complement their dynamic team with an HR Advisor to provide full generalist support.

The role is ideally suited to someone with experience as an HR Co-ordinator/Assistant and looking to make the move to Advisor or just with a year or two experience in an HR Advisor role.

This varied and dynamic role looks after a nationwide team and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensuring high standards across the business in terms of attendance management, change management, employment law, employee relations, training and performance management
• Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries
• Assist with the review of all policies and processes within the business
• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Provide a full advisory service, coaching managers on best practice for all policies, processes and legal requirements.
• Working closely with Resourcing Advisors on all recruitment matters
• First point of contact for a benefit and reward queries

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 yrs relevant experience
• Experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders
• Related HR or CIPD qualification or studying towards
• Hospitality/FMCG or similar experience.
