A new fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Governance Officer to work alongside the Company Secretary to oversee the governance function within the Group.

This is an excellent Corporate Governance Officer opportunity for someone who already has experience of working in corporate or public administration, and is keen to develop in areas such as governance; compliance; regulation; and internal audit.

Candidates will need to be educated to degree level and be confident in building and sustaining good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people.
