Your role

As Office Manager, you will get the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of administration. You will be responsible for the mail; opening, distributing and arranging all outgoing mail including couriers. You will assist with any administration support for the team along with facilities management, accounts and HR. You will get to create, manage and host events for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Therefore, your excellent communication and immaculate presentations will be second to none. This is an extremely busy role. It will suit someone who comes from a professional services background with a real focus on customer service as a positive attitude.

 

Daily activities

  • Email and telephone screening and redirection
  • Liaise with clients
  • Meeting coordination
  • Manage mail and courier services
  • Document and correspondence preparation as required
  • Provide ad hoc office support

 

Your skills & expertise

  • Positive attitude
  • Polished presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
