Private PA (1 yr Mat Contract)

We are seeking an exceptionally organised and enthusiastic Private Personal Assistant to fulfil a one year Maternity contract for a Lady and her family in West London.  You must have had at least 2 year’s proven Private PA experience and be comfortable working independently as your Principal will often be based remotely in a second home in the country although you will share an office with an accountant twice a week.  Responsibilities will include making arrangements for the children including dealing with tutors and organising everything school related; looking after matters concerning the family’s horses, cars, art and antiques collection especially with regards to insurance; responding to invites and booking restaurants; organising travel, holidays, social and country sports events including shooting, hunting and summer parties; liaising with, recruiting for and acting as a point of contact for household staff and nannies, including creating weekly agendas and arranging holiday schedules; dealing with invoices and bills, undertaking general admin and ad hoc tasks as required.  You must be confident, switched on and three steps ahead with excellent communication skills, common sense and attention to detail.  This is a very busy but fantastically varied role and hours are good.
