A boutique but rapidly expanding company specialising in luxury handmade furniture and accessories for worldwide sale is seeking an Executive Assistant to support it’s charismatic Founder. As EA based in their West London office, you will help to ensure the smooth running of the business and act as your boss’ right hand support. Duties will include assisting with diary management and appointments with top interior designers, organising deliveries to VIP clients, dealing with quotes and invoices and chasing payments with the support of a book keeper and providing general admin support and ad hoc duties as required. You must be highly organised and motivated, have good initiative, excellent communication skills and attention to detail and an ability to build relationships well with a professional yet friendly manner. This is a wonderfully diverse role for someone with a minimum of 2 years admin/PA support experience who is comfortable working independently as the Founder spends a significant amount of time working away from the office.
