Property Customer Service Assistant - Ongoing Temporary - £14 an hour

An extremely prestigious city property company requires an temporary customer services assistant starting ASAP until April 2019. The main part of the role will be to assist their corporate clients with queries and helping them resolve issues. 

Required:

- Previous customer services experience, ideally within property or retail. 

- Upbeat but strong character as they will be dealing with a range of stakeholders, some extremely senior

- Excellent administrative skillset and the ability to pick up systems quickly

- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good team-working skills

- Reliability and punctuality

- Professionalism on phone and email
