Who will you be working for?

Our client is a specialist Central London consultancy working within six core areas of expertise, one of which is Party Walls. Be part of a market leading company that has a great working environment, genuinely care about clients and employees and plenty of development opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing drawings
• Researching neighboring properties
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Preparing negotiating awards with other surveyors
• Meeting property owners and other surveyors in regards to proposed development works
• Checking off Schedules of Condition
• Negotiating damage settlements if necessary
• Creating and amending AutoCAD drawings
• Reviewing site boundaries

About You

• Confident client facing individual
• Ability to understand construction drawings
• Highly computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, AutoCAD and photoshop ideally
• Good attention to detail
• Good understanding of Party Walls
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a similar role
