This role offers variety, the chance to build up superb knowledge of all areas of the business as it will be to act as a Float Executive Assistant - it is a permanent role but you will be spending a few weeks in all departments as the needs of the business require.
Our client is a leading management consulting firm based in Central London, they look for pro-active and dynamic Team EA's who will support a highly successful Partner group (3-4 partners)
Looking for a detail driven individuals with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is an organisational role in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience of working in a busy, deadline driven environment is essential and must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a PA/EA within professional services industry and used to supporting a small team of execs.
This role has a lot of relationship building with clients on behalf of partners so you will need to understand what the partners do and understand the importance of all client relationships, must really be able get under the skin of what the partners do on a day to day basis and be confident to pick up phone to clients and get appointments in diaries
Must have previous experience building client relationships and having a good understanding of the business needs so that you can take the initiative and be proactive when booking appointments and building external client relationships.
EA key duties
Extensive complex diary management
Arranging client and internal meetings
Co-ordinating global travel and itineraries - back to back trips including visa requirements
Managing expense reports
Drafting and archiving correspondence
Screening telephone calls and emails
Organising team dinners and events
Ad hoc duties as needed
Essential skills:
Excellent administrative & organisational skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage expectations
