PA to Team

A leading Communications Agency based in Soho are seeking a bright second jobber PA to join their dynamic and flourishing business. Based in incredible offices, this role would suit someone who has done a few years in their first office job and is keen to take their office skills and their career on to the next PA level.   You will be providing high quality support to two directors who are lovely and also some of their team.  Ensuring their business and private diaries are well looked after and managing inboxes.  You also have exposure on the client side so would suit someone who enjoys communication and being variety to the role.   You must be confident on the phone and keen to liaise with VIPS on email and face to face.   You will also be working with other PAs in the business to organise fun events for the company throughout the year.  This is a globally recognised firm with an excellent reputation and client base.   They believe in investing in their PAs and rewarding them.  This is a fantastic firm to have on your CV. You must have either a secretarial qualification or a degree and at least two years office experience in some capacity.
