A top Executive Search company based in London is looking for a reliable and hard-working Executive Assistant to support two Senior Consultants based within the company's Board Practice department.

The company values candidates who are able to prioritise clients and exceed their expectations, communicate effectively as well as contribute to the great company culture. In addition, high level of confidentiality is expected at all times.



The key Executive Assistant duties are:

- Diary management and extensive meeting scheduling with clients and candidates

- Managing the search process in order to understand the specific requirements of each client

- General support to the team whenever required

- Ensuring all documentations are grammatically accurate and in line - preparing PowerPoint presentations for potential client pitches, candidate letters etc.
