Our Client, a leading Governing Body within the Medical Profession is seeking a confident HR Manager to come and join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your current skills and expand those skills within a growing Organisation
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage all areas Learning Development including any coaching and training required
*Manage all areas of Employee relations
*Producing HR reports relating to L&D, business operations and policies
*Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
*Managing and coordinating HR projects alongside the HR Director
*General HR administrative duties when required
*Supporting a team of four staff & one intern
*Ensuring all HR processes are effective and up to date in line with current legislation and
The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified, have at least 5 years proven HR Management experience and ideally have worked within a similar industry.
