We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Assistant to support this very successful creative individual with multiple, diverse projects on the go.  Degree standard and able to deal with all manner of business requests from dealing with contracts, liaising with lawyers and accountants, drafting correspondence, arranging complex travel with detailed itineraries (you will be travelling also at least once per month) to USA, Africa and the Middle East.  Dynamic in your own way you will be career orientated, have an entrepreneurial streak yourself and have supported a high profile individual from a creative industry.  There is  a Private PA who deals with all matters personal for the Principal who you will liaise with when necessary.

You will understand both the creative process and the bottom line of the business to truly succeed in this unusual and rare position that will always keep you on your toes.

The Principal is involved in major design projects, fashion, philanthropy, media and more.  This is a full on and interesting role that can only grow over time.  You will be able to handle a demanding and creative mind and be the practical and solutions driven part of the partnership.  Working within a small team you will be able to build relationships quickly, be a strategist with business solutions and offer a seamless support with all business and corporate requests to make this highly sought after individuals' life run smooth.  Fantastic opportunity that does not come along often you will be entrepreneurial in nature yourself and love the involvement of many projects on the go.  Upbeat, positive and solutions driven in every way, you will be calm under fire, deal with problems in a pragmatic and calm manner and get to the end result with the minimum of fuss.  Package + bonus.
