Description

Our client is a well known, successful, accountancy firm looking to recruit a permanent Team Secretary. Duties will include:

  • Diary management - booking internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms
  • Booking UK based travel
  • Creating mail merges
  • Typing letters
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Answering calls on behalf of team members
  • Formatting client documents
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Post
  • Expenses management

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as a Secretary, Office Assistant/Junior, Team Secretary/Administrator.
  • Have previously worked in a corporate environment
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 + fantastic benefits package. Hours are 09:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
