Salary:

Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30PM

Requirements for this PA role:

- Ideally degree or equivalent, but not essential
- Proven experience as a PA/ EA, ideally within family offices and for HNWIs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritising talents
- Resourceful, proactive nature and able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately
- A strong knowledge of top London restaurants and the British social calendar

Job description:

The personal assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, diary, and logistical support to a UHNWI who is investing in the UK and has tasked his growing team to develop his family office.

The office has been set up by a CEO, who you will work closely with.

You must be be confident and familiar with liaising with UHNWs and have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

An integral part of this role will be meeting and greeting the Principal's guests, dealing with incoming calls, emails, post and often corresponding on behalf of the Principal. It is therefore essential that you are immaculately presented, articulate, energetic and confident dealing with all levels of people.

There will be heavy diary management and extensive travel organisation. We are looking for a PA who is organised, can multitask and enjoys a fast-paced role where you think on your feet. The Principal is process driven and is looking for someone with flawless attention to detail and who is able to work to a high of standard. The role can be 50/50 business/personal so offers a huge amount of variety.

The PA will effectively be on call and will be required to be flexible with their time.

They will be required to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times, a non-disclosure clause will form part of the employment contract.

Main duties:

In addition to the above:

- Manage a busy and every changing diary; schedule meetings and personal appointments
- Make extensive travel arrangements, including arranging visas and accommodation. Very occasional travel with the principal will be required
- Sending and receiving emails on behalf of the Principal
- Meeting and greeting high-level guests, including preparing refreshments
- Arranging couriers for the sending and receiving urgent documents and packages
- Liaising closely our overseas offices and the London based team
- Compose confidential correspondence
- Provide a daily diary briefing for the Principal
- Prioritise conflicting needs by handling matters efficiently and proactively
- Good written skills, and knowledge of MS Office packages
- Lastly, but no less important, to have extensive knowledge of London restaurants and the social scene and be able to make recommendations and bookings.
