We have a fantastic temp to perm PA role, working for one of London's leading Real Estate Developers to start as soon as possible.
The Company
They manage incredibly impressive and iconic buildings in London. Not only this, but their super stylish office is based in the City with stunning views of the whole of London. As a team, they are also fantastic. Hard working as well as friendly, close knit and down to earth.
The Role
Working under the guidance of the PA to CEO providing efficient and responsive PA and administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting, fast-paced and diverse role where a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise is essential.
Hours: Mon – Fri
9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)

The Role
Working under the guidance of the PA to CEO providing efficient and responsive PA and administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and co-ordination of key documentation, including various fortnightly and monthly reports.
- Co-ordination of fortnightly meetings.
- Preparation of key documentation, agenda packs and minute taking.
- Project management.
- Diary management; organising multiple diaries, meeting rooms, bookings and reservations.
- Supporting the preparation of Board Reports and meetings for Board members.
- Reconciliation of department expenses.
- Ad hoc administrative support to PA to CEO.
