Leading boutique Asset Management company has an excellent opportunity for an EA who wants to get involved within investment admin and research!
Fantastic role for a graduate Executive assistant who is very numerical and wishes to expand their skills and take on extra responsibilities.
Key duties
Supporting the team with all aspects of executing transactions and portfolio management; including reporting and collating materials for presentations
Providing assistance in the due diligence of new transactions and ensuring all documentation is obtained and returned
Conducting research for potential transactions including the analysis of specific markets and sectors as appropriate
Taking ownership for editing, formatting and binding packs and presentations for regular Investment Committee and Board meetings
Managing the monthly monitoring process and liaising with external surveyors to gather relevant information
Supporting client/relationship management of internal and external stakeholders
Working closely with Team Assistants, Associates and Executives within the business as a wider team to create an effective and collaborative network
Acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls, as well as dealing with queries from key stakeholders
Diary management and arranging travel requirements
Ad hoc duties as requested from time to time
Knowledge and Experience
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A genuine interest and ambition to learn and develop within the property investment sector
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and at all levels within the organisation
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Organised and proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
The drive and attitude to excel in a high performing environment whilst maintaining high levels of integrity
