My client is a well-known, popular entertainment venue based in the City, with locations across the UK. They are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and driven EA to support the small sales team

Main duties & responsibilities

• Extensive, ever changing diary management including booking meetings and arranging travel
• Oversee all sales targets and figures
• The main point of contact for CRM troubleshooting, ensuring all points are actioned
• Organising team events such as away days, nights out and Christmas parties

Key skills & experience

• EA experience within a busy, fast paced environment
• Hospitality knowledge
• Assertive and able to manage upwards
• Upbeat, positive and confident working with senior members of staff
