Sales Operations Officer

LMA Recruitment are working alongside a fantastic professional services firm based in the city who are currently looking to hire both a senior Sales Operations Officer, with a salary paying £38 - 49k p and a junior level role paying £30 - 35k. Ideally the successful candidate for the senior level position will have substantial experience within this field.

THE ROLE:
These particular roles are both to work alongside the Sales Operations Manager to assist in the smooth running of all aspects of sales. Your key duties will include;

• Provide forecasting reports as well as reports for both Wins and Losses adn to help the sales team to reach their KPIs
• Produce bespoke reports on the CRM Database as well as providing ad hoc support for other CRM entries
• Assisting with event organistaion for bi-annual EMEA Sales meetings - along with other ad hoc event support
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual support of the validation process of sales deals
• Confidence in running and managing Regional GST and general office forecasts
• Processing of expenses

THE CANDIDATE:

The Sales Operations Officers will have proven previous experience in the same role, or extensive sales support experience. You will also have knowledge of CRM databases as well as MS Excel.
