Business Support Leader, 2 months temp, possible extension £12, facilities department in Bromley


Your new company
This facilities department based in Bromley are looking for a business support candidate to come and join their busy facilities support team.

Your new role
You will be assisting with all round support for the facilities management team. You will be undertaking planned and reactive maintenance reporting, ensuring that the department is running efficiently. For example, you will be data reporting on the effectiveness of the help desk and how the service is run. You will be undertaking all round support for the business ensuring it is performing to the best it can be.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within a busy administration role or facilities department will get you off to a flying start in your new position. It is essential for this role that you have solid IT and analysis skills. Ideally you will also have an idea of facilities and have used Facilities Management Systems before. You must be very organised and also be a forward thinker, that can anticipate and foresee possible business changes.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £12 per hour PAYE. This role is initially on a 2 month basis, however there is a possibility of extension. You will enjoy working in a welcoming team of about 12 with in a busy FM department. Easily accessible by public transport based in central Bromley.
