My client, a super exciting and PR agency, based in cool and quirky offices in Central London, are looking for a superstar PA to join their buzzy team! This PA role will involve supporting both the 2 Senior Direcotors in all business activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really cool company where you will feel part of something bigger and can really make your mark!
This all-encompassing role could involve anything from handling complex, international travel booking to managing day-to-day expenses. You will also be the point of contact within the office so being willing to take charge of office management, who thrives on being the ‘go to’, is a must! This is a small company so you will be able to get involved in anything and everything including organising all events, away days, and parties and generally using your creative flair to make the office the best it can be! In addition, you will also assist with some basic HR duties so a keen eye for detail and mature approach is essential!
This is a personality business, so you must be approachable and a born relationship builder. The ideal person will have an excellent track record as a PA and longevity in your career - at least 3 years PA experience from within a creative agency, ideally PR/ comms, media or Ads. You will be super organised and intuitive, always one step ahead of your Exec and will have exceptional attention to detail. You must be a natural organiser with a fantastic attitude and someone who will fit in with a social, fun and buzzy environment!
