A top beauty company/startup based in Central London is currently looking for a fab Customer Service advisor to represent their brand and assist customers with a variety of queries.
You will be assisting with enquiries, technical issues, update their database, and work closely with their logistics team making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also share customer service reports with the team to improve their product etc.
This is a great role for anyone interested in the beauty industry and with fantastic communication skills.
They are a lovely bubbly team of people and you will work within an upbeat friendly environment where everyone is passionate about beauty. There is also great scope for progression so a great foot in the door if you are looking to build a career within the beauty sector!
They are looking for graduates ideally with e-commerce experience using ZenDesk. An interest in beauty is also important.
Salary £22,000 + potentially £2,000 bonus paid out every year.
