Our client, an innovative consultancy specialising in the advancement of women in business, is looking for a senior administrator to join their small but growing team. A fantastic and exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The role is predominately senior administrative support for both Finance and HR, although a certain amount of flexibility is required as the team are small, and a willingness to adapt and change with business needs is expected from the candidate.

Experience with accounts administration, ideally credit control is a benefit but not a requirement.

Experience liaising with HR and understanding of the HR processed is important.

Verbal and written communication to that of an exceptional level is expected.

Organisation and attention to detail is a must, along side a positive and proactive approach to work.

The organisational culture is that of a high energy and driven mentality, with the desire to achieve the best results for not only clients but also for yourself. The right person will be happy to get stuck in to work tasks, big or small.
