Executive Assistant / Office Manager
£40,000 to £45,000 pro rata and depending on experience.

We are an independent strategic communications firm, providing companies with bespoke financial PR & public affairs advice based in Covent Garden and we’re looking for a super organised, calm, friendly professional EA / Office Manager who has proven experience looking after CEO’s and board members.
We are a small friendly team and the role would suit someone that is happy with working 2 or 3 days a week which ever is preferred. Given the nature of the business occasional flexibility out of these hours may be required.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Executive Assistant support for the CEO and Partner
- Office advice for the CEO, including personal support if necessary
- Managing, as necessary, diaries, holidays, travel bookings etc
- Ensuring the team have completed their timesheets
- Events management and co-ordination
- General office management, including managing offices supplies and stationery, printers, tidiness
- Liaising with our Landlords and keeping a good relationship
- Assisting with HR related issues and liaising with our external HR support
- Ensuring website is up to date and having a good understanding on how to post any new ‘blog’ material
- Distributing and maintaining marketing email database
- Keeping your own skill set up to date via training if necessary
- Managing media and other subscriptions
- Formatting documents and presentations, including use of Powerpoint
- Liaising with IT support supplier
- Liaising with insurers as necessary – business and health etc.
- Managing phones, including remote reception and mobiles
- Liaising with book keeper and accountant as necessary
- Dealing with media enquiries
