EA - to IT Director

Temporary EA role to the Head of IT - paying £20 per hour initially for 6 months,

A world leading Insurance firm are currently seeking to recruit an EA on a temporary basis to support the Head of IT initially for 6 months.


Your new role
The role is to provide EA support on a day to day basis to the Head of IT and subsequent team. including managing the individuals inbox, diary and global travel coordination.

In addition to this the EA may also be required to support the IT Director's leadership team with any travel coordination and is some instances inbox management.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have worked as an EA within the insurance industry previously supporting to Director level and will be able to anticipates and considers requirements, whilst ensuring the Head of IT are kept up to date and aware of any issues.

The ideal candidate will be both pro-active and professional and be able to work in a wider team
