Our client, a reputable marketing agency based in South West London is looking for an Office Manager to start as soon as possible to help with the smooth running of the office. The office is buzzy and energetic so the ideal candidate will thrive under this pressure of the fast-paced environment. The company pride themselves in their forward thinking and innovative ways and they are looking for a like-minded individual to join the team. The office manager is responsible for organising and coordinating all office functions to ensure a smooth running business whilst working closely with the operations team to improve the experience of visitors to the office. Responsibilities:
HR
Liaising with contractors
Assist with welcome new employees
Health and safety
Back up support with IT
Managing the office budget along with providing reports
Experience preferred:
Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using PeopleHR is desirable but not essential
Salary: Dependent on experience
