Hugely exciting new opportunity to develop the talent pathway within this fast moving London Market Brokers. Working within the HR operations team alongside their leading edge learning and development function you will own and develop additional initiatives alongside the present offering that includes Graduate and apprentice intake, work experience, D & I, EVP and Social media.

 

As well as looking at the talent coming in to the business you will also be involved with the development of the individuals once they are recruited. This will include the enhancement of the existing service offerings, rotations within the business and being the point of contact for these individuals providing a high level link between them and their line managers. You will need to demonstrate advanced relationship management skills as you will promote the initiatives to senior stakeholders within the business which will be evidenced by their involvement in the recruitment and selection processes. You will also manage and develop the accreditation programmes (ILM) and will need to be a proficient user of e.learning management systems to oversee that.

You will be expected to develop your knowledge of existing processes and procedures and you should be able to critically review and develop these ensuring that this Broker is an employer of choice to all levels of incoming talent. You will also need excellent organisational skills as you will be managing multiple work streams concurrently. You should be innovative, be prepared to push and challenge embedded processes by suggesting new and innovative ways of working that will benefit the business. There will be an element of administration and reporting and thus attention to detail is essential.

 

You will need to be a graduate with a high level of energy as well as being able to engage effectively at all levels. Your written and verbal communication skills should be fluid as you use appropriate styles to engage your target audience.


Candidates should have a background in generalist HR/L & D/Graduate Recruitment or Recruitment with a passion for people.
