Hours are 9am - 6pm

This role will involve supporting a small team of Analysts and the client is looking for a PA who is helpful, willing and proactive.

They require someone with enough previous PA/Team Assistant experience needed to hit the ground running and support a team efficiently, and someone who is professional, down to earth and friendly as culture is important at the company.

Duties include: organising travel, diary management, booking lunches, restaurants, assisting with the collation and typing of reports / presentations and from time to time a bit of research.

The ideal candidate will have solid PA/admin experience and will be confident enough to support a team efficiently, whilst maintaining a professional attitude.

The successful EA will have the following:

- 2/3 years' experience

- Ability to multitask efficiently and be highly organised

- A keen eye for detail

- Team player, friendly

- Unflappable, ability to provide proactive support for the team with the ability to juggle the demands of all the team members with a positive attitude

- No job is too big or too small

- Discreet
